So excited to finally share my first ever collaboration! I spent the past (I honestly think) 9 months working with Hat Attack to design this collection and what a learning experience it was... designing is no joke. I am so grateful for this experience and to everyone who made it happen. So before I go on and on about the Hats - I want to give the biggest shout out to Abby Warhola for these beautiful images and Xander for making my face look damn good. Excited to see those two take over the world!
Ok so, I decided to share the white velour hat first because I haven't taken it off in 4 days. It's one of those pieces that makes any "basics" look - instantly cool. It has been insanely hot in the city and I have been pairing it with a tank, cut offs, and sandals. So simple, yet so complete. This hat is a velour felt, opposed to a regular wool felt, which makes this hat a touch more expensive than the other pieces, but when I touched this fabric, I could not resist. I mean it looks and feels like a 500 dollar hat. I also, love that I didn't add a trim. SO. Freaking. Chic. I don't know how I would be transitioning to Fall without this piece. And don't even get me started on how amazing it will look with a strong wool or cocoon coat or an oversized blazer. Paired with your favorite jeans and boom that is all you need.
